( YASSA ) Is cooked with fresh,onions,mustard, black paper,small oil and small lemon juice. And it can made as you want with chille little bit hot or as you want it.

You can either choose with BEEF, CHICKEN, FISH, SHRIMPS, VEGETABLES. And it can also go with either ( RICE, CHIPS or MASH POTAITOES ).

Domoda is made with  peanut paste and with a mixed of tomatoe's paste, mustard, black pepper, onions and salt.

Benechin is a rice coock with oil,onion,mustard,tomaito paste, maggie,carrot. Added to give flavour.

My name is Lamin Darboe and I am a Gambian by nationality.  I opened Darboe's Bar and Restaurant in the Senegambia area opposite Sarges Hotel, formerly known as  Taf Bel   in October 2010.

Darboes serves Gambia and international Dishes through out the day breakfast, lunch and dinner, and fabulous Sunday Roast Dinner.
